I have had a mixed experience with the Illinois Army National Guard. While there are some aspects that I appreciate, such as the opportunities for personal growth and the sense of camaraderie among the members, there are also areas where improvement is needed. The communication within the organization can often be lacking, and there have been instances where important information was not effectively passed down the chain of command. Additionally, the workload can be overwhelming at times, with long hours and demanding tasks. Overall, my experience has been average, but there is potential for improvement.
