I have been a customer of Raiffeisenbank Eberhardzell-Ummendorf eG for over 5 years and I must say they have been consistently average. Their services are decent but nothing extraordinary. They have a good range of products and their customer service is satisfactory. However, their online banking platform can be a bit clunky at times. Overall, I would rate them as an average bank.
