I recently had the opportunity to work with this branding company and I must say, I had an average experience overall. The team was professional and delivered the required services in a timely manner. However, I expected a bit more creativity and originality in their ideas. The branding concepts presented were somewhat generic and didn't fully capture the essence of my business. In terms of customer service, they were responsive and attentive to my needs, but their communication could have been clearer at times. On the positive side, their website was user-friendly and contained relevant information about their services. In conclusion, I would rate this company as average. They were able to deliver the basics, but lacked the wow factor that sets exceptional branding agencies apart.
