I recently had a physical therapy session at Sol Physical Therapy + Performance Training and I was extremely happy with my experience. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, and they really took the time to understand my needs and come up with a personalized treatment plan. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable during my sessions. The therapists were attentive and made sure I was using correct form and technique to prevent further injury. I would highly recommend Sol PT to anyone in need of physical therapy!
