I had a mixed experience with Netivity. While their web design skills are impressive, their communication could be improved. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my project. However, they did deliver a high-quality website within the agreed timeline. Overall, I would rate them as average, with room for improvement in terms of customer service.
