The recent experience I had with Up-grade solutions was just okay. Their website, upgrade-solutions.com, was easy to navigate and had a professional look. However, I found their customer service to be mediocre at best. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, the information provided was vague and not very helpful. The product itself was average, nothing spectacular. The installation process was smooth, but it lacked the finishing touches that I expected. In terms of pricing, I feel that they could have offered a better deal for what they provided. Overall, I would consider Up-grade solutions to be an average company. While they may be suitable for some, I personally didn't find them to be outstanding.
