I recently partnered with this real estate and auction company and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of listings available. However, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking, as it took a while for inquiries to be addressed. The agents were knowledgeable, but I wish there had been more proactive outreach to keep me updated on potential opportunities. Additionally, the auction process could have been smoother, as there were some delays and confusion. Despite these challenges, I ultimately found a suitable property with their help, but I believe there's room for improvement in the overall customer experience.
