Simon Howie is a company that I have mixed feelings about. On one hand, their products are decent, and the prices are reasonable. On the other hand, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with an order, and it took them a long time to resolve it. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
