I am a satisfied customer of NGLCC. They have been doing a good job in promoting LGBTQ+ businesses and providing valuable resources. The certification process was straightforward, and it has opened doors for my business. However, I would like to see more mentorship programs and opportunities for growth. Overall, NGLCC is a solid organization for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.
