I recently joined The Garage and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The workouts are challenging but scalable, and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The community is fantastic; everyone is friendly and welcoming. I've seen great progress in my strength and fitness since joining. The Garage is definitely the place to be!
