I've been practicing Aikido for a while now, but Aikido Shudokan takes it to another level. The instructors are exceptional, and they provide a depth of knowledge that is hard to find elsewhere. The training sessions are intense and practical, focusing on real-life situations. I appreciate the emphasis on technique and effective self-defense rather than competition. Aikido Shudokan has helped me improve not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually. Highly recommended!
