I had the opportunity to visit Horizon Health and Rehabilitation Center and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The facility was clean and well-maintained, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and understaffed. The meals provided were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The rehabilitation services offered were decent, although the therapists could have been more attentive and engaging. Overall, I found the experience to be average and would consider exploring other options in the future.
