I recently rented a product from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the product I needed easily. The rental process was straightforward and the pricing was reasonable. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the delivery of my rental, as it arrived a day later than expected. The customer service team was prompt in resolving the issue and offered a discount for the inconvenience. I appreciate their efforts in solving the problem, but it would have been better if the delivery had been on time. Despite this hiccup, I found the product to be of good quality and it served its purpose well. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider renting from them again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐
