I recently commissioned a piece from artworksprojects.org for a special occasion and while I appreciated the concept and the dedication to supporting women artists, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. Communication was slow and there were some issues with the delivery timeline. However, I must commend the quality of the artwork itself, which was beautiful and thought-provoking. Overall, it was an average experience, but I hope they can improve their responsiveness and timeliness in the future. ⭐⭐⭐
