I have been a customer of Cci - united states for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a decent product, there are some areas where they can improve. The website ccipowerinside.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, their customer support is lacking. Whenever I have an issue or question, it takes forever to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
