The Pilates experience at Balance & Control Pilates/Physiotherapy was fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. They create sessions that are effective and enjoyable. The studio environment is clean, calm, and conducive to a peaceful workout. I feel stronger and more balanced after each class. Highly recommend!
