As a female firefighter, I highly appreciate the work done by this organization. The resources provided on their website are informative and helpful. They have created a supportive community for women in the fire service where we can connect, share our experiences, and seek guidance. I am grateful to the Fire Service Women of New York State for the opportunities they have created and the advocacy they do on our behalf. Keep up the great work!
