I used Smyrooms to book a hotel for my recent vacation and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other online travel agencies. The customer service was responsive, but not exceptional. Overall, I would rate Smyrooms as an average option.
