They provide guidance and modifications when needed, making the classes accessible to all levels. The studio itself is well-maintained and inviting, with a positive and motivating atmosphere. The only improvement I would suggest is more availability for class times. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Power Hour.
