I recently used the service to make a court appearance and found the website interface quite intuitive, making it easy to navigate and join the call. However, I did experience some technical glitches during the call, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issues, but the overall experience was disrupted. I appreciate the convenience of not having to physically be in court, but the technical issues need to be addressed for a smoother process. I hope they can improve the reliability of the service.
