I've been attending the classes at Spire Fitness for a few months now, and I'm impressed with the results. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a supportive environment. The workouts are effective and never get boring. The only improvement I would suggest is better ventilation in the studio. Overall, it's a great fitness center with a wide range of classes to choose from.
