I had a mixed experience with Prm-taiwan. Overall, their products and services are of average quality. However, their customer support needs improvement. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and they were not very helpful. The delivery of the products was also delayed. I hope they work on these areas to provide a better experience to their customers.
