I recently had the opportunity to use the services of an HR consulting company and stumbled upon TDM & associates. Although they have a professional-looking website, my experience with their services was average. The consultants were knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt that their approach lacked innovation and creativity. The solutions they provided were fairly standard and didn't go beyond my expectations. The communication between us also could have been improved. I found it difficult at times to get prompt responses to my queries. The pricing was reasonable, which is a positive point, but I was hoping for more value for my money. In conclusion, TDM & associates is a decent HR consulting company, but if you're looking for out-of-the-box solutions or excellent customer service, you might want to explore other options.
