I had a mixed experience with New Field International Education. While their courses were informative and well-structured, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was often unresponsive and took a long time to address my concerns. However, the content of the courses was excellent, and I felt that I learned a lot. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
