I have mixed feelings about Koideas. On one hand, their products are good and the website is easy to use. However, their customer support team needs improvement. I had an issue with one of my orders and it took forever to get a response. While they eventually resolved the issue, it was a frustrating experience. I hope Koideas works on improving their customer support so that future customers don't face similar issues.
