I recently started taking pilates classes and I am really enjoying it. The instructors are friendly and professional, and the classes are challenging and fun. I feel like I am getting a great workout while also improving my flexibility and strength. I would definitely recommend Fisiopilates la moraleja to anyone interested in trying pilates.
