I recently switched to a new credit union and I'm much happier with the service. The previous one I was with, which I won't name, had some issues with their website and it was quite frustrating. But Old South Federal Credit Union has been a breath of fresh air. Their website is user-friendly and I haven't had any issues with it. The customer service is also excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them.
