I recently used this company for my shipping needs and overall, I would rate them as average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I encountered some delays in receiving my package, which was disappointing. 🙁 The customer service was decent, although I had to wait on hold for quite some time before speaking to a representative. The tracking system provided real-time updates on the shipment, which was helpful. 💼 The pricing was competitive compared to other freight companies I looked into. The delivery arrived in good condition, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, my experience with this company was satisfactory, but there are definitely areas for improvement. I might consider using them again in the future if they address the issues I encountered.
