I recently used the services of this company for an occupational health check-up, and I found their website very informative and easy to navigate. The staff were professional and friendly, making the whole process smooth. However, I did feel that the waiting time was a bit longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. Overall, my experience was average. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and timeliness. It would be great if they could work on decreasing the wait times to provide a better customer experience. 🏥
