I had an overall average experience with Cinergy commercial capital. The process of obtaining a loan was quite simple and the rates were fair. However, I did feel that the customer service could have been better. The representatives were polite but not very knowledgeable, and it took them quite some time to respond to my queries. In the end, I got the loan I needed, but I wish the experience had been smoother.
