I recently had the opportunity to engage with an online metal supplier, "Absolute metals llc". The experience was decent overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, navigating their website proved to be somewhat challenging, as certain information was not readily accessible. This led to a bit of frustration while trying to figure out their product offerings. However, once I was able to locate the desired items, the ordering process was relatively smooth. The customer service team was prompt in responding to queries, but could be more proactive in providing updates on order status. The quality of the metal received was satisfactory, but there were some minor issues with packaging that could have been avoided. While my experience with Absolute Metals llc was average, I believe there is room for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
