I recently engaged with a consulting group to help streamline our business processes, and I must say I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the consultants were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights into our operations. However, I found their communication to be somewhat lacking, as there were delays in responding to my queries and providing updates on the project. The website was informative, but navigating through it was not a seamless experience. In terms of the results, we did see some improvements in our processes, but I believe there is room for them to enhance their service delivery. Overall, it was an average experience, and while I appreciate the efforts, there are areas that could be improved upon.
