As a customer, I've had mixed experiences with the Metropolitan Police. On some occasions, they have been extremely helpful and efficient in addressing my concerns. However, there have been instances where their response time was quite slow, making me feel unsupported. It would be great if they could work on consistently delivering timely and effective service. Overall, I would rate them as average.
