I recently purchased some items from their website and I have mixed feelings about it. While the products I received were of decent quality, the overall shopping experience was just average. There were several delays in the delivery process and the customer support team was not very responsive. I appreciate their effort to rectify the issues, but it could have been handled better. I hope they work on improving their services.
