I've recently started taking classes at Re:gen Pilates and I'm loving it! The instructors are knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment. The studio is well-equipped and clean. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable. I have already noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility. Highly recommend it!
