I recently engaged with SP Consulting for their services. I found their website to be quite informative and easy to navigate. However, I was expecting a more personalized approach to my needs. The response time to my inquiries was within an acceptable range, but I felt that the level of expertise and insight provided was somewhat lacking. 🤔 Although the company's reputation preceded them, I didn't feel that my experience lived up to the hype. Nonetheless, the professionalism of the team was evident, and I appreciate their efforts. I believe there's room for improvement in terms of tailor-made solutions and proactive communication. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope for greater value in the future.
