I recently had a procedure done at this oral surgery practice and overall, I found the staff to be professional and courteous. The office was clean and the waiting area was comfortable. The surgeon was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure to me, which I appreciated. However, I did have some issues with scheduling and communication. It took a bit longer than I expected to get an appointment, and there were some delays in getting information about my insurance coverage. While the quality of care was satisfactory, the administrative side of things could use some improvement. Overall, it was an average experience. 🏥
