I have been a customer of Ksu Federal CU for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information. However, I feel that their customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would say that Ksu Federal CU is an average credit union.
