The software provided by Ems is average. It meets the basic requirements, but there are some areas where it falls short. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The user interface is also not very intuitive, which can make it difficult to navigate the system. Overall, it gets the job done, but I wouldn't say it's anything exceptional.
