I recently availed the services of this telecommunications company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the customer service was not up to the mark. I faced delays in getting my queries resolved, and the representatives were not very knowledgeable or helpful. The packages offered by the company were decent, but I felt that the prices were slightly on the higher side compared to other competitors in the market. The network coverage was okay, but I did experience some call drops and intermittent internet connectivity issues. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in customer service and pricing.
