I recently adopted a pet from this organization and while the staff was friendly and the adoption process was smooth, I found the communication to be inconsistent. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, I felt that the information provided about the pet's history was somewhat vague. On a positive note, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the volunteers seemed genuinely caring and dedicated to the animals. However, I hope they can improve their communication and provide more detailed information about the pets in their care to enhance the overall adoption experience for future pet owners.
