I recently had an experience with a home health care provider that I found to be quite average. The company's website was easy to navigate, which was a positive aspect. The communication from the company was not outstanding, but it was adequate. The response time to my inquiries was reasonable, although I would have appreciated more detailed and personalized answers to my questions.
