I have had an average experience with Ueda. The customer service was decent, but I expected more from such a well-established company. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the pricing was a bit on the higher side, especially compared to their competitors. Overall, I would say Ueda is an okay option for utility services.
