I had an average experience with the Institute of Health Visiting (ihv). The information provided on their website, ihv.org.uk, was quite helpful and comprehensive. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. It took quite some time for them to get back to me with answers to my queries. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
