I recently used this company for some home repairs, and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse through their services and book an appointment. The technician arrived on time and was professional. However, I was disappointed with the quality of work. The repairs were done adequately, but there were some minor details that were overlooked. The pricing was reasonable, but for the level of service provided, I expected a bit more attention to detail. The customer service was decent, although I did have to follow up a couple of times to get updates on my appointment. Overall, while the experience wasn't exceptional, it was still satisfactory considering the affordability of their services.
