CUSTOMER, My experience with Spencer financial services has been both positive and negative. On one hand, their website is intuitive and offers a great range of services. However, the customer service I received was disappointing. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this company and would likely explore other options in the future.
