I have been practicing yoga for several years and recently visited Neighbourhood Yoga for the first time. I was impressed by the beautiful studio and the welcoming atmosphere. The instructors were knowledgeable and offered clear instructions throughout the class. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing flow and the focus on proper alignment. The class was challenging yet accessible, and I left feeling rejuvenated and centered. I highly recommend Neighbourhood Yoga to both experienced yogis and beginners alike. The overall experience was amazing!
