I had a pleasant experience at Great Western Resort Serpong. The resort has a lovely ambiance and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at the resort's restaurant was tasty and the variety of activities available made for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely visit again.
