I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and recently tried out a class at edgeyoga.com. The instructors were very skilled and made the session enjoyable. The studio had a serene ambiance, perfect for yoga practice. I appreciated the variety of poses and the attention given to correct alignment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I left feeling rejuvenated and centered. I will definitely be going back for more classes!
