I had an average experience with Zhejiang Henlgin Chair Industry. The quality of their chairs is decent, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The website henglin.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and were not very helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
